Job Description:
Serve as a primary support provider for residents in a holistic, farm-community residential treatment center. Core duties include providing emotional support, guiding residents through work-team activities and group therapies, facilitating social engagement, and supporting individualized goals to help clients achieve their highest level of independence.
Job Responsibilities & Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct Resident Support: Offer compassionate emotional support and model healthy behaviors within a therapeutic farm community setting.
- Program & Life Skills Guidance: Lead and assist residents in daily work-team activities, recreational outings, and social engagement opportunities.
- Goal Implementation: Support individualized treatment plans and group therapy participation to foster client autonomy and personal growth.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Age & Licensing: Minimum 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.
- Key Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and listening skills; passion for holistic, community-based mental health treatment.
