Job Description
Deliver individual and family therapy, parent training, and clinical consultation across in-home, office, in-school, and telehealth settings. Based in Maitland, FL, this position provides flexible service delivery models tailored to clinician licensure status, serving diverse populations funded through Medicaid, commercial insurance, and Florida Healthy Kids plans.
Service Options & Practice Tracks:
- Unlicensed Clinicians: Deliver home-based and community individual/family therapy for Medicaid-funded clients.
- Licensed Clinicians (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT): Option to provide 100% remote telehealth therapy for clients enrolled in commercial and Healthy Kids insurance plans.
Job Responsibilities & Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Psychotherapy Delivery: Provide evidence-based individual and family therapy across home, school, office, or telehealth environments.
- Parenting & Behavioral Consultation: Offer structured parent training, family-based interventions, and school consultation to support treatment goals.
- Clinical Administration: Complete initial assessments, treatment plans, and session progress notes in accordance with clinical and insurance guidelines.
Requirements:
- Education: Master’s degree in Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related human services field.
- Clinical Experience: Minimum of 500 documented client contact hours providing therapy services, including direct experience in family therapy and parent training.
- Licensure Status: Licensed (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) or license-eligible registered interns in Florida preferred (unlicensed master's-level candidates meeting hour requirements accepted for Medicaid in-home services).
