Job Description
Provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and community representation for the Campbellsville Campus. Responsibilities include supervising campus staff, ensuring full compliance with state licensing, grant, and Department of Corrections/PREA standards, upholding the fidelity of the peer-supported long-term recovery model, and serving as the primary liaison to local community partners, donors, and stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities & Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Campus Operations & Leadership: Direct day-to-day facility operations; supervise and coach staff; foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and peer-supported recovery; oversee screening, intake, and admission processes.
- Compliance & Program Fidelity: Ensure program curriculum is delivered with fidelity; maintain compliance with licensing, accreditation, funding requirements, PREA standards, and Department of Corrections mandates.
- Peer Support & Clinical Collaboration: Facilitate regular supervision and training for Peer Mentors; lead community meetings; collaborate with licensed personnel for clinical oversight needs.
- Community Relations & Stewardship: Build strong external partnerships with referral sources, public agencies, donors, and community leaders; support local fundraising and grant initiatives; collect and report program outcome data.
Requirements:
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience accepted).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a health and human services organization required, including staff supervision, program oversight, and community engagement.
- Credentials: Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) preferred; experience in recovery, behavioral health, or social services preferred.
- Core Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
