Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate Mental Health Therapist to join our multidisciplinary clinical team in Menomonie, WI. Available as either a full-time or part-time role, this position delivers high-quality, client-centered outpatient therapy to individuals and families navigating mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders.
Job Responsibilities & Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Assessment & Therapy: Conduct diagnostic assessments, form treatment recommendations, and deliver individual, family, and group therapy.
- Treatment Planning: Develop customized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual recovery goals.
- Documentation & Coordination: Maintain timely, accurate EMR clinical records, progress notes, and discharge summaries; coordinate care with internal clinical teams.
- Team Participation: Engage in regular staff meetings, continuous training, and organizational improvement projects aligned with your professional interests.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Master’s degree in a behavioral health-related field required.
- Licensure: Active Wisconsin licensure as an LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
- Experience: Background working with clients experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
- Skills: Strong clinical documentation, communication, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
