  • Patient Services & Continuity of Care: Perform intake and readmission assessments; provide crisis intervention and higher-level-of-care referrals; conduct required patient follow-up calls (within 48 hours for new patients and up to 30 days post-discharge).
  • Staff Training & Leadership: Partner with the Program Director to evaluate staff training needs, help facilitate monthly in-service sessions, and delegate operational tasks to support clinic stability.
  • Administrative & Financial Operations: Assist with financial accountability, collect patient program fees in-clinic as needed, generate required interagency reports, and participate in community marketing/public relations efforts.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a behavioral health field highly preferred (equivalent direct experience may substitute).
  • Experience: Background in behavioral health and substance use disorder treatment; advanced knowledge of care management principles for outpatient addiction care.
  • Core & Technical Skills: Computer literacy for clinical documentation and financial tracking; strong organizational, crisis management, and interpersonal skills; proactive problem-solver who operates calmly under deadlines.
  • Clearances: Satisfactory criminal background check, pre-employment drug screen, and professional reference checks required.
