Job Responsibilities & Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Direct Patient Care: Help maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment across clinical units.
- Unit Safety & Monitoring: Conduct 15-minute safety rounds, observe patient behaviors, and document changes in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
- Admissions & Operations: Assist nursing and therapy staff with client admissions, discharges, meal coverage, and social activity supervision.
- Testing & Medication: Administer and log drug screenings; oversee supervised self-administration of medication when assigned.
- Group Support: Help lead daily program schedules, keeping participants actively engaged in group activities and recovery routines.
- Team Communication: Collaborate continuously with clinical managers, providers, and peers regarding patient updates and operational needs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.
- Clearance: Must pass a Level II Background Screening (fingerprinting costs fully covered by Aspire Health Partners).
