Job Responsibilities & Requirements
- Develop, manage, and nurture relationships within an assigned territory, including hospitals, treatment centers, clinicians, educators, attorneys, and other community partners.
- Increase awareness of available behavioral health programs, treatment services, and support resources through consistent outreach and education.
- Coordinate referral relationships and maintain accurate records of partner engagement and outcomes.
- Represent the organization at conferences, community events, and professional gatherings to expand visibility and strengthen partnerships.
- Collaborate with clinical and admissions teams to ensure a seamless experience for referred clients and their families.
- Provide community education on topics related to addiction, mental health, and wellness.
- Track and report outreach activity, territory growth, and partnership metrics to leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health, Psychology, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in behavioral health, healthcare outreach, business development, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of addiction, mental health, and treatment systems of care.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
- Individuals with lived experience or long-term recovery are encouraged to apply.
