Key Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and nurture relationships within an assigned territory, including hospitals, treatment centers, clinicians, educators, attorneys, and other community partners.
• Increase awareness of available behavioral health programs, treatment services, and support resources through consistent outreach and education.
• Coordinate referral relationships and maintain accurate records of partner engagement and outcomes.
• Represent the organization at conferences, community events, and professional gatherings to expand visibility and strengthen partnerships.
• Collaborate with clinical and admissions teams to ensure a seamless experience for referred clients and their families.
• Provide community education on topics related to addiction, mental health, and wellness.
• Track and report outreach activity, territory growth, and partnership metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health, Psychology, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in behavioral health, healthcare outreach, business development, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of addiction, mental health, and treatment systems of care.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within assigned territory.
